BLEACHERBOSS — REFUND POLICY

At BleacherBoss, we stand behind every product we sell. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing your order.

All Sales Are Final
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or any reason other than those specifically listed below. All sales are considered final at the time of purchase.

When We Do Accept Returns
We will work with you to resolve your issue if any of the following apply:
— Your BleacherBoss HeatSeat arrives damaged or broken
— Your HeatSeat arrives defective or not functioning as described (including heat or massage features)
— You received the wrong item
— You experienced a personalized issue with your order that was caused on our end

If any of the above apply to your order, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery. Do not wait. Claims submitted after the 48-hour window may not be eligible for resolution.

How to Contact Us
Email us within 48 hours of receiving your order at bleacherboss_@outlook.com. In your email please include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item. Once we review your claim we will work with you as quickly as possible to make it right — whether that is a replacement, a refund, or another solution depending on your situation.

We use the delivery timestamp from your tracking information to verify the 48-hour window, so please do not delay reaching out.

What We Cannot Accept
— Returns for change of mind or buyer's remorse
— Returns for orders where incorrect shipping information was provided by the customer
— Claims submitted more than 48 hours after confirmed delivery
— Claims submitted without photo evidence of the issue

Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved, please allow 2–3 business days for it to reflect depending on your bank or card provider. If you have not received your refund after this timeframe, email us at bleacherboss_@outlook.com and we will follow up right away.
