This website is operated by BleacherBoss. Throughout the site the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to BleacherBoss. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. BleacherBoss products, including the BleacherBoss HeatSeat, are sold as described on the product page. We have made every effort to display our products as accurately as possible including colors, descriptions, and features. We cannot guarantee that your device’s display of any color will be perfectly accurate. We reserve the right to limit the sale of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. Product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
SECTION 4 — PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices are displayed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment is collected at the time your order is placed. All payments are subject to verification and approval. To help prevent fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or that require additional verification may be delayed or cancelled. We accept all major credit and debit cards processed securely through our payment provider.
SECTION 5 — ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5–10 business days. After your order ships, delivery takes an additional 5–12 business days depending on your location. These timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. BleacherBoss is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, holidays, or any other conditions outside our control. It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders that are lost, delayed, or undeliverable due to incorrect information provided by the customer. Once an order has been placed we are unable to make changes to the shipping address.
SECTION 6 — REFUNDS AND RETURNS
We only accept returns and issue refunds in the following situations: the product arrives damaged, the product arrives defective or not functioning as described, or you received the wrong item. We do not accept returns for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or any other reason. If your order qualifies for a return you must contact us at bleacherboss_@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. SECTION 7 — NO CHARGEBACKS
By placing an order you agree not to initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal with your bank or card provider unless your payment method was used without your authorization. If you have an issue with your order you agree to contact us first at bleacherboss_@outlook.com so we can resolve it under our Refund Policy. Any chargeback filed in violation of these terms will be disputed with full documentation of your order, our disclosed policies, and these agreed upon terms. BleacherBoss reserves the right to take appropriate action against fraudulent chargebacks.
SECTION 8 — ACCURACY OF ACCOUNT AND BILLING INFORMATION
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders placed through our store. You agree to promptly update your information so that we can complete your transaction and contact you if needed. We are not responsible for orders that are lost, undelivered, or delayed due to inaccurate information provided at checkout.

All content on this site including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and the BleacherBoss name and branding is the property of BleacherBoss and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. We do not guarantee that your use of our site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
